Multiculturalism en masse.

February 6, 2015

It’s been a week or two since Unley Town Hall was packed with those wishing to formalise their change of national adherence, and I’ve only just received a list of the names and addresses of those who took the plunge.

Back in the days when dinosaurs roamed the Adelaide Plains the list of participants was more than dominated by the Old Country.

What a change on Australia Day 2015!!!

In no particular order, the list contained new chums from Kuwait, the USSR, Thailand, Palestine, the Philippines, India, South Korea, Germany, Tanzania, the USA, Yugoslavia, Bangladesh, the Netherlands, Mauritius, France, China, Greece, Nigeria and Colombia. And not forgetting Ireland.
