“Will King” word Wally…

January 24, 2016

Whoever hides behind the WK pseudonym to poke fun in the “Mundane Snail” at spelling mistakes really needs to be a wee bit more careful!

WK’s latest blooper in a long list of  grammatical errors from his/her own keyboard  is to mix up loathe with loath.

You see, WK… the first refers, as a verb, to hate, or to be disgusted by. Loath, on the other hand, is an adjective  which refers to being unwilling or reluctant.

Oops!

Its terrible that the Will King outfit has made this error. The vulnerability to charges of hypocrisy is it’s Achilles Heel…. Cough, cough.
