Whatalot for Wannacot..

August 3, 2016

Armed with my prized Namatjira wooden plaque I hied myself off to the panoramic slopes of stately Carrick Hill this morning, keen to get a valuation  from an event hosted by the  house of Theodore Bruce.and featuring the bow-tied Mr Wannacott of Britain’s “Bargain Hunt” television  fame.

Got to the  marquee, counted the number of bums on seats, did a few quick calculations and decided it would be dark before the panel even got half-way through the artifacts.

Sometimes an event can be just TOO popular…

Incidentally,  the face above the bow-tie  no longer graces the screen in  Britain .

Something to do with the contract, I’m told. But never fear. The tie and the gap-teeth will still be around locally for some time to come. As will his excruciating puns.
