Pythons and patriotism.

January 25, 2017

First comes the serious stuff… the   Town Hall ceremony at which New Chums (and the not so New) swear  allegiance to their adopted home in the Australia Day Citizenship ceremony  hosted by Unley Council.

Then it’s a few steps out into Oxford Terrace and a  late morning programme  of entertainment .

Hope to see you all there.

“Grumpy” will be in attendance, as usual, to introduce you to some  of the original inhabitants of our wonderful country.  And I can promise  that they are the world’s most friendly pythons…

Why do people have to take their dogs to public events?
They should be left home where they will be cooler and less distressed.
    But each to their own.
And now you are exhibiting your Python in public. Just make sure that you feed it in the morning.
I dare you to drape it over your shoulder whilst seated on the stage for the Australia Day Ceremony.
